Most compensation plans fall into binary, breakaway, matrix, stair-step or uni-level plan.

Standard Uni-levels:

Unlimited first-level width with a depth of usually 5 to 10 levels. Requires you to do all the work and puts you in competition with your own downline.

Stair-Step Breakaway:

Unlimited first level width, usually with a finite depth 10 to ? levels deep. Takes away your best chances of earning serious income when your top producers break away.

Forced Matrices:

First level width 2 to 7 usually 5 to 50 levels deep. Caps your income.

Binaries:

First level is limited to two with infinite depth. Require balancing and are an inevitable disaster waiting to happen.

International Teamworks Inc. has fixed all that with it's revolutionary regenerating matrix. You can only have 2 Reps in your top level. When your third Rep joins ITI, they spill to the next level. Not only are you building depth quickly, this also creates a pay point. Here's an example:

As you can see, "You" is listed in the matrix five (5) times. Your first 2 Reps fall under 'You #1' as Reps #1 and #2. Your third Rep falls under Rep #1, and at the same time, creates a pay point for you (You #2).

What is Spill?

These are called pay points.. its like you joined ITI again for free, and got paid for the additional position in the matrix. These additional "YOUs" are inserted above any new rep you sponsor, starting with rep #3 and going on and on. You get another pay point for every new rep you sponsor at a new level. You see how you can fill down to deeper, more profitable levels of your matrix very quickly.

Whatever sales rep #3 generates will pay a percentage to "you #2", then rep #1, then again to you. That's how our patent pending pay plan works... you're paid over and over again for the sales your organization generates.

That's just the beginning. Notice the figures in green ($200). That is known as fast-start pay and is paid to you when a Rep joins ITI. You will receive $200 for your first Rep, $200 for your second, and $200 for the third to infinity.
